Shipping Policy

  • We ship internationally. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your shipment is lost or stolen, it is not our fault. A tracking number is sent to items that qualify via mail with delivery updates. If you are having issues with your delivery or tracking updates, please contact the carrier or your local post office. 
  • Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately
  • Shipping prices are cumulative. 
  • Wrong address or unclaimed shipments will be returned to our manufacturers facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once you have confirmed and updated your address.
